Janice .. no matter .. They will whine and moan and say they are just about ready and the judge will melt. LOL. Even they know that you can't be belligerent in front of a judge .. and especially a female judge. The S E C on the other hand has to win this one to make CMKX go away. If not the whole get shorty thing explodes in their face. This is show time .. finally. Where is Johnny Cochrane when he is needed ? Sheeeee Eeeeesh !!
