I imagine they'll try that, but Brenda seems to be pretty tough on non-filers. I suspect also that the SEC told 'em last summer that they'd better file or else, and that that's why Glenn was hired.

But despite their announced intentions, they waffled around for ten months. No, I don't think Brenda will be one bit sympathetic.
