49 Years! Wow that’s great. I was married for a mere 15 years but had to tap out. I hope your right about this hearing. Do you know of any similar cases where the judge says Hurry up and file? When I read the PR it sounds like the SEC has them. If the only question is did they file, the answer is no. Ignorance doesn't fly well in court.
