You still did not tell us your gender. To answer some others here .. the mere fact that CMKX filed something to-day shows me they ain't throwin' in the towel. I expect them to come out swinging at the hearing. I'm liking this. The reason I believe they have a chance is because they have a Huuuuuge following that I do not think any fair judge can ignore. A little humility will go a long way here.
