I doubt that...in a few weeks, MW and Citron will be loading up the shorts on the next victim and figuring out which angle they want to hit them from.. CCME to them has been used and abused, and while they may come out with another article or two, they've done there job here.. They won't keep hounding this stock forever..look at CHBT, UTA, ONP, etc.. They hit it and quit it.. I'm not saying they won't attack CCME one more time, or that they won't eventually come back at the others, but they can only scare so many people out there shares before the shares are in strong hands.. At some point, shorts have to cover and move on..

The cancer isn't likely to be removed by a civil action for damages against entities that probably have little to lose - and can move on down the road and set up shop again. This is similar to the drug trade: as long as such big $ can be made with these raids, someone will be out there to do it. The answer, IMO, is on the enforcement end, where punitive measures can/should be employed. I, personally, don't think that drawing and quartering is unconstitutional.

everyone's entitled to his/her opinion, but I'll bet you dollars to donuts that CCME will pursue running its business and let the Boston firm handle the litigation.

it simply makes no sense to me for mgmt to expend company resources on litigation vs. MW, Citron, et al. when the Deloitte sign-off on the 10-K will permanently deep six the shorts' arguments....

I love Guiliani, but his clean-up of NYC has little relevance to the issue here with CCME.
