it simply makes no sense to me for mgmt to expend company resources on litigation vs. MW, Citron, et al. when the Deloitte sign-off on the 10-K will permanently deep six the shorts' arguments....

I love Guiliani, but his clean-up of NYC has little relevance to the issue here with CCME.
