Bio, maybe they are building a proper foundation and outreach effort? This would seem to be very positive. Folks need to have awareness of BVIG/KATG whether the disto is this week or next month. It is meant for those beyond this board who are familar with the KATX and KATG relationship. Also, this helps keeping us focused on the fact that there are two companies.This was a two-fer in that there is quite a lot of information about KATX.

They have much overlap in the wording but in the KATG release they dropped the references to promotion which some were critical of on this board (not me, I thought it important). Also, thought this statement by Ken is interesting: "We are delighted to engage Stan Wunderlich and his CFSG1 team as we work to structure both companies to fully meet the regulatory requirements of the U.S. markets to generate the financial growth our Shareholders seek and deserve."

Keep anticipating the new KATG website to replace the BVIG which is still up.

BIO why did IR not say they were looking forward to working with KAT Exploration also. Did I miss something?

I sure hope so Bio.Ever since they sold HC the only way we can share in it is thru the distro shares or the reverse mergering . This PR is not as fluffy as some would have us believe. It is telling us that "The Plan" has not changed. Their willingness to talk of distributions,and mergers is exactly the reason they have been contracted. It is their specialties.
Bio I have another question that I haven't been able to answer.
When the NY Law Firm was contracted.Were they paid upfront? And if so how were they paid? Were they paid as work was done? Or did we give them an amount of money ,and as work was done they were paid out of a retainer?
Were they paid in stock? Were they given enough stock that someone would be selling every day for months ?Trying to maximize their stock profit. Afterall experience has shown us that when they use stock to pay,they put a value of .0001 on it. And that could be a windfall if sold fro .025 and up for 6 months.
