I don't know the terms of our contract with the law firm, but you can bet the law firm got the sweet end of the deal. And of course, they over-promised, and under-delivered. So, I sure hope we didn't pay the lawyers up front. These guys damaged the company's credibility with all the timelines for the distro and the promises of issuing them unrestricted well before the restricted shares would've come off restriction. How do I know they damaged the company's credibility? I can see the current pps, down almost 90% from our highs of .25. I HIGHLY doubt Ken would've made all those promises unless the "fancy" lawyers were telling him they could get it done. I saw the rumor that KAT fired them, and for the record, I'm not shedding any tears (if that's true). I also hope he told them that they're not getting paid until his shareholders get paid (their distro shares).
In the Air Force, there's a response for when you're asked about why you screwed up. The proper response is, ..."No excuse, Sir!"

P.S. I agree the company needs the chance to tell their side of the story...in fact, I would say they NEED to.

Legal disclaimer for the lawyers: This is my opinion. It does not constitute a threat of any sort. If you don't like my opinion about your law firm, you should've done your job in the first place.

LOL.
