Folks need to have awareness of BVIG/KATG whether the disto is this week or next month

No doubt it's for building a founation for BVIG. But, if they want to get any "bang" for the buck out of this PR, they cannot wait a month (or more) to get Kat Gold trading with more liquidity (i.e. by rolling KATX into it or our free-trading distro shares). A month from now, this PR will be "old news" and/or "non-news" if there's still no "real" trading on Kat Gold. This is why I suspect that we can expect something nearer-term than a month for Kat Gold. I would hope within the next day or so...but who knows...these guys have never been in a hurry to fill us in.

For what it's worth, I don't have a problem with them promoting the company(ies). They should be shouting from the rooftops any good qualities or achievements they have or have done. Being shy and quiet rarely gets "the girl" (or in our case interested financiers/investors). So, I welcome any legitimate promotion effort by the new IR guys.

I also found the same comment "interesting," as you did:

"...as we work to structure both companies to fully meet the regulatory requirements of the U.S. markets to generate the financial growth our Shareholders seek and deserve."

Is it just me, or does that sound like their planning on keeping the two separate? For some reason, I thought they were going to merge KATX into Kat Gold...more unanswered questions...sigh. I sure hope I'm right and this is just a prelude to the "bigger picture" news.
There should be news regarding the uplisting, share distribution, share restructuring, new financing, terms, along with a modified "Flow Chart"

P.S. Yes, I do realize there is some trading on BVIG, but it is very very very sparse, if at all, on any given day.
