New to this one and I like the bio movement and follow it close. Why would biofuels mag have them in it if this stock is a scam???? We shall see. How about the patent rights? Sykes did little dd's but want this down the worst way! Fact he did not post front door of building when he call their building a barn. Now this could be a scam, But why would Canada gov and other reputable people look up to CPOW?????? Page 22
Regina, Saskatchewan-based Clean Power Concepts Inc. has obtained rights to exclusive patent technology capable of extracting protein to make aquaculture and other value-added feed products out of lipid sources from biodiesel plants. Originally developed as a result of scientific research conducted by the Canadian Department of Fisheries and Oceans, CPC President and CEO Michael Shenher says the patented technology is ideal for extracting proteins from canola meal where it then can be converted into livestock, chicken and fish feed products. The newly-acquired patent technology would be ideal for financially distressed biodiesel manufacturing refiners or existing producers running on reduced capacity. Shenher says the company intends to deploy the newly-acquired patented technology within its existing biodiesel production plant in Regina, a 20 MMly canola-based refinery operated by CPC’s subsidiary General Bio Energy Inc. Although the plant has been idle for nearly a year, Shenher said the patents should revitalize its own canola operations significantly. Plans are in the works to build a large-scale canola crush plant in a decentralized location away from its production plant in Western Saskatchewan to supply canola oil feedstock to biodiesel producers.

As far as Sykes i think arrogant! IMO We should not allow shorting. Either buy or sell period! Be far better for markets IMO!

Patent rights worth a ton if they can pull the deals off!!!

You certainly struck me as someone that's been around a ticker once or twice.

To me this is an obvious, classic pump and dump. Sorry but that is my view. I do not want to argue about it, time will tell.

One thing I haven't bothered to double-check, but it seems the 'moment-of-truth' gets further and further away with each announcement. First it was 20 days, then 45, now 60? I have absolutely no intention of wading through all that verbiage again to verify it.

Lebed is such a positive role model for today's younger people and all investors.

http://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/33-7891.htm

It would seem he has something in common with that Troy Metz fellow you mentioned.

If someone chooses to follow this guy that's their choice.

Doubtlessly a lot of people make a lot of money -- on EITHER side of trades. I believe investing is about making money.

And if Lebed is wrong this time he will get burned along with anyone else who followed his advice.

A lot of people got burned in the markets drinking from the Kool-Aid of a few gurus who "were never wrong." Even the best stock picker is not right 100% of the time.

I have not been convinced the company is fraudulent.

I am also not convinced a shorter of his ilk is not behind "Hefin International."

If you have really done 1000 investigations that is an impressive record and I congratulate you and thank you for your service, sincerely.
