I will give you more of an answer than you seek but I want you to be clear on this.
I used to play pennies, in 1998 to 2000.
In those days it was an incredible time --using SI picks I would buy a stock for $1 and sell it for $2 the same afternoon.

I followed Lebed who posted there from when he was 12 because he kept picking winners like no one else.

I tried to interest my kid who was less than 2 years younger than Lebed in stocks by using him as an example.
She selected one of his picks and made 1200 or 1500 or 1800 the next day. I wanted her to reinvest it but she chose to cash out.

Then at age 15 he got into the trouble you have probably read about with the SEC. He walked away with 500K at age 15 and at some point I believe he went straight in order to avoid trouble, like prison, because he knows they are watching him. He has it made now. He gets paid 20k to send out 2 maybe 3 emails in one month on a paid promotion per stock. $10,000 an email. One of best paying jobs around. Earned 100K in January. Zero overhead. I do not think he will do anything to jeopardize that. This is not a stupid fellow.
And if you check out his pump points they are real. Again, he knows he is being watched.
If he pumps a stock and sees it will drop he sends a follow up email alerting his subscribers to that.

About 7 or 8 weeks ago I read some articles on pumpers. Learned they make far more than I had believed--millions--learned that one recently put up a house for sale in California for 12.5 mil.
I thought I would like to follow a current pump and dump.

Then along came this tip on CPOW from Lebed.
Has he ever been wrong on a short ?
I think I certainly would have heard if he was. So I am following it.

I believed then and now it was a gratuitous gift to subscribers.
He does not "want it below .01" he justs feels strongly, absolutely, it is going there.

He said just read the SEC filings. I did then read some of the pumps--think there were 12. To me this is an obvious, classic pump and dump. Sorry but that is my view. I do not want to argue about it, time will tell.
I believe that there will be an investigation when this is over and that will reveal where the money went, who paid for the pump, who benefitted and so on.
I have done over a thousand criminal investigations and I have strong suspicions on who did what but will wait and see.

As far as Jacks question re Sykes pumping --Sykes has a certain character --if you watch his site you will see what I mean--he loves to talk and he lays it all out --I think if a poster here poses questions to Sykes about Hefin, about who the payers usually are, P&D methods and so on Sykes will tell you.
Hope I have answered your question.
