I cannot thank you enough for this post because it so clearly illustrates the problem at hand:
You state
"How about the patent rights?"
and
"Patent rights worth a ton if they can pull the deals off!!!"
And of course this article uses the words "patent" and "patented" 5 times so you are very right to cite that
Guess what?
THERE ARE NO PATENTS
The article was published 12 Jan and on 20 Dec, just 23 days before, CPOW filed with the SEC --" at present we have not filed applications for ANY patents on our proprietary technologies and these could be at risk of being copied or stolen by competitors"
They go on to point out it is too expensive to patent matters and too expensive to enforce.
So...how do you feel about that?
Lied to?
This problem runs all through these PRs
Why?
Pump and dump.
Sykes and company go after companies which they consider shams, scams, who lied to people like Lightbeam, defrauded them out of their money and they want to show what shams they are --and they make money doing it--just like people such as securities lawyers, and SEC staff earn a living at it
I hope you succeed in your trading but it will be tough on this one
