I'm not sure that DD has the answers but in all fairness if IDCC is successful with the challenges directly in front of them 25M for a reward may not be a bad deal, but 1.) I hope they don't plan on increasing the bounty anytime soon for a successful conclusion to the events currently at bay and 2.) I, as I am sure others would have endorsed a compensaion package similar to what currently has been put in place without any buy-off from shareholders. As for as a proxy revolt I share your thoughts and I will not join in any bandwagon to overthrow management without having the important facts in hand, and that is Nok, Samsung, and Lu info.
