Lastchoice .. That is exactly what I predicted would happen at the time. Welcome to the real world .. they think they are underpaid just like all mamgements and they are not going to take it lying down. My dad never made more than $100 a week in his life. Before I retired I was getting seven figure annual bonuses on top of salary, LTI, etc. and I was convinced the company (and, by extension, the shareholders) was getting the bargain of the century LOL.
