It's just one more reason to stay away from this sick scam. If it isn't Monk conning people about fake manufactured short squeezes, or Kelly lying his rear end off about casinos that don't exist and companies he hasn't really acquired, it is some song and dance about fake IPOs.

Buy EIGH if you are a masochist who likes being abused. Otherwise, check out a real company for a change and leave the former pinkie scam, now turned grey sheet disaster, EIGH alone for some other sucker.

Oh boy, this is getting very deep and deep very fast. IF the "authorities" were not on this already, they will be soon. Remember when the company stated this?

Did the Company undertake a stock audit?



As has already been publicly reported the Company did undertake a stock audit over a six week period up to and including September 30, 2010. The findings were compared with the verified and stamped monthly certificate count produced by the Company’s transfer agent (T A), Signature Stock Transfer Inc. This report from the T A is an absolute record by certificate number, by accounts held at brokerages, market makers and or held in individual name.



The Company has sent all of its audit findings to the SEC and will leave the matter with them to review and assess. If there is a naked short position, it is the Company’s expectation that this would be a matter for the authorities. We will be available to assist as may then be appropriate.

Do a google search on "AUTHORITIES"........ It appears in this situation, they are talking about people that put people in jail over FRAUDING OUT COMPANIES AND SHAREHOLDERS OF LEGIT COMPANIES.......... Just in my honest and humble opinion of course.

So the company (EIGH) did not own the address 8000inc.com at the time the the aforementioned IPO Property posts were being touted...

And you know that how? We have no idea who owned that site at that time.

Here's a better question: if the "property developers" were scamsters trying to use EIGH's name without permission, then why is that site for sale? Why draw attention to themselves? They could merely have taken down whatever was there (rather than leave up a tantalizing blurry tidbit) and waited for the registration to expire. THAT would have made sense.

Yes, now. Why now, rather than in December 2009? As you note, posts about the "offering" were all over this board. I'm sure the same information appeared elsewhere on the Web as well.

just like many similar scams before. last years biggest penny stock scam, which has many similarities with EIGH, created very similar fake websites.
