So the company (EIGH) did not own the address 8000inc.com at the time the the aforementioned IPO Property posts were being touted...

And you know that how? We have no idea who owned that site at that time.

Here's a better question: if the "property developers" were scamsters trying to use EIGH's name without permission, then why is that site for sale? Why draw attention to themselves? They could merely have taken down whatever was there (rather than leave up a tantalizing blurry tidbit) and waited for the registration to expire. THAT would have made sense.

Yes, now. Why now, rather than in December 2009? As you note, posts about the "offering" were all over this board. I'm sure the same information appeared elsewhere on the Web as well.
