I guess it was a matter of how one could extract info without jeopardizing legalities. For obvious reasons, I will not elaborate further but IMO, we will get an update within January, whch could come today or Monday at the latest.
The final agreement is due to be completed in Mid-January, allowing the development to begin by the end of January.
