I just talked to ceo, Brian. Could not confirm anything other that he signed an LOI and he is in the same boat as us. He told me he would get news out as soon as it comes, but so far to me it did not sound like there was any breaking developments. He said he has been getting a lot of phone calls about the issue, but only confirmed that he is waiting just like the rest of us...
