Postage paid by purchaser = $10.00

Net loss on shipping to 8000 Barbados = $12.50.
Loss does not include staff time and expenses.

Retail price of product = $35.00
Cost of product (40% margin) = $21.00
Retail profit on product = $14.00
Less shipping cost incurred = $12.50
Net profit on sale = $1.50 (no other indirect expenses covered)

Not a good business model.
