I see what you are saying. The weight box has pre-printed lbs and oz at the bottom where you refer.

I did not receive a receipt in the package; my receipt came electronically from PayPal. I looked it up and I did pay shipping costs of $10 USD and I received $10 USD back from a special PayPal offer.
