Haines, Wikkileaks, etc., to answer your question, and to clarify for many who may get slow info (South America?)... Mark Haines questions during the SKS interview were quite acceptable. After the interview, CNBC posted a poll. It roughly asked if you would "agree with one password ID for all internet access". The question also included something about this ID being "issued" which sounded like Gov't control. The response was overwhelming negative.

The problems: A. The poll question incorrectly framed the Trusted Computing solution, and B. When Haines shared the poll results (15 minutes after the interview?), he stated personal opinions that he would never want to use "single ID". From his words, listners could infer that he believes the whole TPM/Wave trusted computing endevor is very, very risky, and that he would never accept such a solution to security.
