Speaking of opinion letters....

While rational discourse is rarely possible on the RB CMKX board, every once in awhile someone posts interesting information. Remember back last summer, when several people posting here claimed that Wells Fargo wouldn't let them buy CMKX because of Blue Skies problems?

You can pull links out of your butt all day long to support you implied contention that WF was no longer selling CMKX. I bought thru WF this week... fact. Yes, in 2004 for a short period of time, WF had a hold on buys until RG straightened them out on the Blue Sky issue. That hold was rescinded in just a matter of weeks and they have since sold 100's of millions of CMKX shares.

Does this mean that Glenn wrote an opinion letter informing Wells Fargo that CMKX stock was indeed registered? If so, did he do the same for other brokerages?

Trouble is, CMKX now says that most of it wasn't registered.
