the problem you know goes beyond cmkx on the pink sheets,
98 percent of all pink sheet stocks issue non registered shares
and the sec is trying in vain to cut off the loopholes..
as of feb 15 of this year no newly issued pink sheet stock can
go public without audited financials and a copy of the 504 sheet and 15-2c11 on file...
that is why i said when all is said and done here we will see hundreds of sec litigation entries for violations of the 5a and 5c rules...
but as investors for anyone that goes long on a position,how can you buy a stock that has put a gag order on the t/a to give out what should be public information...
the funny part in a way as i said before,the average person is now taking advantage of loopholes that were secretly set up for the rich many years ago...
