"RSU grants in January and 2/28/05" - per Ronnie, if the 2005 RSU grants vest over 3 years, then the 2/28/05 grants are actually 1/3 the total, is this right?
Also, how can we be sure there are not more bonus grants yet to occur in 2005, since Fagan would not or could not answer the question about bonus charges in 2005 during the 1Q CC?
In the 2004 PR on bonuses I referenced, the company was very clear about the bonus charges to be expensed in 2004 (for 2003) broken down by cash and RSUs and those grants occurred at the end of March/early April, so why is the company so UNCLEAR and secretive now about the TOTAL bonus charges (cash and RSUs) to be expensed in 2005?
Are there more bonuses still to be granted in 2005 or do you think the 2/28 grants were end of bonuses for 2005?
"the buyback occuring in earnest over the last 7-9 trading days"- how you know that?
