I've paid my dues over the years since finishing school and making this game my living. I just consider all these stocks promotions and look for a reason why insiders would want to move the price north and try to go along for the ride. I do seem to guess correctly more than often then I'm wrong . But I never put all my eggs in one basket just incase I do pick a wringer. Urban had to do a promtion last summer since he had to rescue the extended Casavant family from the financial mess he had gotten them into. Remember the posters from Raging Bull who knew Casavant family members who were in deep financial duress due to Urbans initial screwup of the first promotion.

But your DD on GEMM was terrific , and has actually made me more from the GEMM promotions than what I had made from CMKX during it's promotional stage.

No your right , a handshake can't be registered. lol But it's hard to believe that Casavant or whoever would be stupid enough not to have had some form of legal agreement for participation in those claims. I had considered that possibility, but when Walker signed option agreements with CMKX on some of those claims I figured there had to be an legal agreement . I figured the TSX Venture exchange would never have accepted the option agrrements for Walkers companies at the time if there hadn't been supporting documentation from CMKX.

No one has ever registered or filed option agreements at the Saskatchewan Mines Branch or the Saskatchewan Corporations Branch or at any other government department. Btw I found out the real reason the option agreements can't be located and that is they don't exist. The deals were done on the good old verbal handshake. I suppose you think they can register that to. "
