Here's a reply that I just sent to averagejoe ( Shaun) whose spending time in the jail house.

No your right , a handshake can't be registered. lol But it's hard to believe that Casavant or whoever would be stupid enough not to have had some form of legal agreement for participation in those claims. I had considered that possibility, but when Walker signed option agreements with CMKX on some of those claims I figured there had to be an legal agreement . I figured the TSX Venture exchange would never have accepted the option agrrements for Walkers companies at the time if there hadn't been supporting documentation from CMKX.

Responding to this posting from averagejoe from the jail house.
" Message In Reply To: "The CMKX claim option agreements would need to be in the registry to be legal . And could be found depending on jurisdiction in the registry system located in the appropriate locale. I'm curious to see if there actually is still an option agreement since a great deal of the claims lapsed and were picked up by Koch in the private numbered companies."
No one has ever registered or filed option agreements at the Saskatchewan Mines Branch or the Saskatchewan Corporations Branch or at any other government department. Btw I found out the real reason the option agreements can't be located and that is they don't exist. The deals were done on the good old verbal handshake. I suppose you think they can register that to. "
