trade15- from what I remember from Sask. they said their only official obligation is what is officially registered with Sask., and, if there are additional/other agreement, private or otherwise, it is beyond their knowledge and it would take a private search to find them. And I got the impression that if they were found, then they could/would take effect, but that it was beyond what Sask. knew about.
I understand what you are saying about the process needed to search for them in official govt. files.
