I remember you mentioning that information from your discussions with the Sask. officials. From what I have found out the information can be located and is a similiar process as to what I would have to do here in Ontario ,Canada. The CMKX claim option agreements would need to be in the registry to be legal . And could be found depending on jurisdiction in the registry system located in the appropriate locale. I'm curious to see if there actually is still an option agreement since a great deal of the claims lapsed and were picked up by Koch in the private numbered companies.
