All they had to do is purchase 1 share to be legit. No idea what they actually did.
The way I see it, speculation is king in OTC. The sequence was announcing Officer buyback, then an AS increase, then conference calls to prepare us for OS increases. Why would any officer buy large amounts knowing the stock was going to be diluted?
But again, I have no idea, I can only go by what I perceive and make my own judgments. Inspiration and hope is great for a football game speech, but for me it's about #'s and reality.
