Stupid question........for there not to be a hostile takeover..Watson has to hold 50.1% of the company......so when these shares were put out, would he not have to buy to keep his percentage up???
I actually agree with your assessment. I just wanted your opinion without stating my assessment. If that is in fact the situation...I will bail. I'm staying until hard data proves are assessment to be correct. Watson will lose my trust if that turns out to be the case. I don't like to play follow the carrot.
