RCCH did not sell un-registered shares now ,did they? Gendarme per the SEC,did sell un-registered shares. So who is wrong here? Oh, un-registered shares that are sold is a no no.
Not logical, Gendarme broke these laws yet wanted to stay in compliance of a 5% ownership rule?
I conclude that since Gendarme was breaking a few laws they did not pick and choose which ones to follow, so there is nothing to conclude about a 5% threshold of ownership in RCCH.

bunch was concerned with the 5% rule after dumping un-registered shares for 15 or 16 companies in the market???
BWAHAHAHA...ah... I don't think so. They fooled the T/A and everyone else with their scheme (for a while anyways) and didn't give a sheet about any rules... anywhere!
