And therein lies the Rub for RCCH.
I conclude that Gene and RCCH must have been cooperating Gendarme in transacting buys and sells of RCCH stock in order to stay below the 5% threshold which would have required additional disclosure and restrictions from the Transfer Agent.

RCCH is NOT innocent here.
