#28067 RE: chickenvestor #28066

Your last paragraph is my biggest problem with management. Since they have completely screwed share holders they should have split the A/S at the same rate as the O/S. They say they need shares for things like mergers and their employee stock purchase plan. Why dont they do this. Decrease the A/S for now down to what it should be 40,000,000. With the ESOP plan why cant those shares be purchased from the open market and that will help the stock price. If they want to acquire a company then they could always increase the A/S then to accomidate that. This is also the same for the warrants and preferred shares. If people want to convert then just increase the o/S then to the amount that is needed to convert them into common shares. Lets not have this larger A/S than we need so that they can keep giving themselves shares for doing a shitty job. Thats my take on it.

Chickenvestor, sorry but I did not follow you completely. How are there 4X the number of shares now compared to before the reverse split? Are you saying the A/S is still at 4.3B? That hasn't been reduced by the 200:1 reverse split?

FYI, Current bid/ask on ETrade for IFSLD is back at 0.10/1.00.

IMO mentioning the possibility of issuing new shares on top of the new current O/S doesn't mean that they will... The first message from Paul confirms this. The second mail you've received speaks of potential future opportunities. Having the A/S increased so much is something that is open for discussion, agreed but it doesn't per definition mean they will open the gates and flood the new current O/S.

If I as a CEO had the opportunity to invest in a revenue making company and therefore add some to the O/S shares, I would do it. This is/was the same before and now after the R/S. It's the way things are done and communicated that matters (Motivation of investment, risk vs reward, SWOT analysis,...).

Now, IFSL management has to show strength and come out with an official statement mentioning that it won't issue any shares for a period of...

Well chicken, I sure hope you emailed that to Paul. I think their taking ALL of our comments and discussing / agreeing / disagreeing with them. Makes for a intellectural conversation as to the next step UNLESS THEY HAVE THEIR MIND MADE UP ON ONLY ONE DIRECTION....I don't think so ....hopefully imo
