Paul said it with his response in the last email. First it was have no fear of dilution and then we need the shares for ...ahh... dilution. As share holders, I feel it is our responsibility to let management know how we feel about what they have done to the share structure. A few months back most of us were very upset at the amount of outstanding shares. Now there is effectively 4X that amount. The company does not need this number of shares in reserve. I still have a lot of hope for them to be profitable and continue to grow as a company. Thier transparency is rare for a pink and this is what has drawn most of us to this stock. We know they have pulled through some trying times and it seems, in light of recent PRs, that they have come through stronger. The business model is weak but it does seem to be generating cash flow which is a real positive.

Am I upbeat about what lies ahead for the share holders? No! With the share structure set up as it is now I think we have something to grumble about.

Do I think management cares about us as share holders? I am on the fence about that one but the increase in the appoved shares makes me highly suspect. If they were to cut the AS by 75% back to the original ratio that would be a huge show of concern for the investors and would probably get us back up to that $0.012 (now $2.40) that we saw a year ago.
