I would suggest that you forward your "beef" ;-) to IFSL management: Paul, Steve, Kurt and ask them for an opinion.

if they are merging or buying out another company/product the state the stock is in, pps wise, will not work. they are going after something to make a big impact or we all are going down. if they are legit this could be a nice move. not that i would know anything
