YES! YES! I believe that's it!! VIRGIN and NEOM have Kissed and made up!! We just don't officially know it yet!! I can't believe how BIG this thing is going to be!! You guys have been saying this, but it is becoming more and more apparent as to exactly HOW big! Even bigger than I originally thought!!

Like I said, with Management being hit with so many questions that they haven't been able to answer, I bet they have been just practically busting at the seams, trying to keep quite, knowing all along that there is a ton of good news on the horizon! JMHO of course, but I bet it's true!!

Just two cent here. While the 8k looks good the provision {section 14.1 to 14.4 a-b provides no risk to FCB to sign at this time. Also the without cause and with cause, 30 day factor, is a easy out.

The cost factors would also be interesting to see. Would have been nice to have expanded that part.
