Just two cent here. While the 8k looks good the provision {section 14.1 to 14.4 a-b provides no risk to FCB to sign at this time. Also the without cause and with cause, 30 day factor, is a easy out.

The cost factors would also be interesting to see. Would have been nice to have expanded that part.
