When WilliamFL posted back in March 4 (http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=5635638 ) in a court docket that NEOM and Virgin requested an additional 6 - 8 weeks to iron out a few >discrepencies<. I think the 6-8 weeks was a generous estimate of time needed to get this done. They probably got the details worked out within two weeks, and then NEOM went ahead to contract FCB to get the ball rolling. And may I dare say it, with Virgin's "blessings"?

Just my thoughts. We'll wait and see the outcomes.
