Is it really even possible to determine a FLD? Considering all the day to day trading. I imagine it has to be pretty difficult to do so.

Exactly ... so claims of CDIV being locked down have always been fanciful and unproven.

The only way to prove that is to go back in time and calculate all investor holdings throughout the past year.
