Is it really even possible to determine a FLD? Considering all the day to day trading. I imagine it has to be pretty difficult to do so.
I would say that: Proving there isn't one is next to impossible. Proving there is one is also next to impossible. However, knowing there is one, is definately possible as long as shareholders freely share what they own.
