Nope, that would be twisting my words. If someone wanted to prove now that it wasn't locked down, that is what they would have to do.
To already know that it is and/or was locked down is possible to know if shareholders were open about their holdings (as stated previously).
I am simply putting the ideas into a truthful perspective.
I do not know, nor have I ever known if there is/was a float lockdown. I, personally, can not prove/disprove it.
To prove there is not one is a very difficult thing to do. I have not seen anyone on this board disprove this statement ("CDIV is locked") yet.
