What break did the CEO or JBII get? The stock is down from over 7 to .58.....so the message is loud and clear...perform or the stock stays down...you constantly posting it's a scam doesn't make it true and you haven't one shred of proof the company is a scam....

Meanwhile the CEO keeps quiet.

say what?

you do realize that the ceo held a CC last week
that ran just under 1 hour in length designed to
update and *educate* shareholders and those
with interest in p2o

to say nothing of
mgmt 8k'ing material events .. pr'ing info and filing
their financials .. hmmm this is well known i know ;-)

here's to the next level of jbi's transition ~ suspect
one year from now .. clarity won't be quite the *concern*
for some .. and this .. er .. bagholder/stuckholder and
very happy accumulatively adding JBI shareholder
looks forward to discussing specifics ~ *then* .. =D

JBII CC -- A FEW TIDBITS OF INTEREST:

(1) JBII = first in New York history to have a factory be allowed to run full blown commercial operations while awaiting a solid waste permit.

(2) Fuel quality has been tested and certified by InterTek and Petrolab.

(3) Costs are dirt cheap.
--$30/ton for residue ($12 per day or .50 per hour)
--off gas fuels the system. Worst case is $7/hour to run. $5/hour electricity at most.
--two employees to run TWO machines at $25/hour each
--plastic free (obviously)
--grand total $37.50 per hour per machine ($7.50 per barrel?)

(4) JBII processes plastic that would be otherwise sent to the landfill. (examples -- car parts, agricultural film, carpet shavings, product packaging which are all industrial plastics) <~~~~plastics that are NOT recycled due to additives or contaminates (mixed plastics). JBII processes plastics that industrial customers pay to send to the landfill. JBII is not interested in any plastics that have any market value and/or have to pay for. They basically spelled it out -- their feedstock is either dirt cheap, free, or paid to take it.

(5) Emissions are less than that of a natural gas furnace.

(6) Competitive "attempts" have all been a miserable failure. Low fuel value, high cost of energy, explosion risk, $6 million+ expensive investments. The NY DEC has nicknamed other competitive "pyrolysis" attempts prior to JBII as "paralysis"

(7) Undergoing a full and final environmental audit with Waste Management, Inc. to bring them on board.

"THe end of the year is here and now it's wait till next year"
talk.

Everyone agrees the timing has been tough, now it is end of year tax selling and we all know more shares have been coming into the float. That only changes the share price, not the value of the company, which has grown due to accomplishments over the last few months.(it's called undervalued) Timing will improve with the end of tax loss season and the share price will begin to reflect the value of past achievements. Why are you here? You are a trader that is comfortable flipping pennies. This is a value play soon to become a growth/momentum play. Come back when the momentum picks up and flip some shares for pennies.

I am a "bagholder" and am proud of that decision. Quite Frankly, I as many other longs (not involved in the stock market game) stay because of the facts:
The small protocol has been improved by the 20-30 ton processor,
Permits have been granted.
Excellent and inovative business plan BY CEO.
Hired qualified oil man for management.
HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY SAY THIS IS A SCAM. I coundn't be more proud of this company and it's environmental benefits for generations to come. Buy the way, as a non-stock trader; I see what seems to be the same amount of capital motivated DUMPERS. As far as I'm concerned, I'm in it for the investment not the day by day stock movement.
