Have you noticed, that when there are no PR's, the CEO is silent and it's a bad thing, and when there is a PR, the CEO is just trying to run up the stock and it's a bad thing. No PR's for three months, has a few, he's pumping, no PR or CC for a week and he's too silent. Can't win for losing.
