where in the post that you replied to did i use the word "scam"? Scam is a relative thing. The stock ran up from a financing PIPE yes or no? They ran it up to close the PIPEs then immediately it tanked down. This is something that pinksheet companies have been doing for decades. Nothing new. Use whatever word you like. But it was definitely in the benefit of the company to support the stock up to close millions of dollars of financing... Then TANK poof byebye. Look at the chart. Ummmm what does it look like haha. not a scam , but what then? a pump and DUMP yup
