To each his own. I was surprised that news of Tice's first investment didn't cause the price to go up, but this second direct investment would seem to be pretty positive, so lack of a gain would suggest to me that there is something negative counteracting the positive news. Tax loss selling is the only explanation I can think of that isn't a negative, but if the stock isn't moving up on some good volume in by early 2011, I will be looking for some bad news coming down the pike.
