I don't think that Nuke is claiming to be a role model or an authority. He is simply lisitng the work he did to form his opinion. I think the Nuke has done a pretty good job of separating his opinions from facts and using facts to support his opinions.
Anybody that bets their house based on his 95% estimate without doing their own due diligence deserves whatever they get.

Let me add this regarding this issue. If there were another poster that provided negative posts with supporting data I would also be there to protect those posts.
Although there are some that might disagree with his thoughts I have seen no posts that provided any fact or data to even challenge what he's provided? Seems most disagree with his positive attitude going into the oral arguments?
