Let me add this regarding this issue. If there were another poster that provided negative posts with supporting data I would also be there to protect those posts.

Although there are some that might disagree with his thoughts I have seen no posts that provided any fact or data to even challenge what he's provided? Seems most disagree with his positive attitude going into the oral arguments?

You claim he's an authority, Miller said, "I questioned how irresponsible it was to automatically assume that IDCC will win at the CAFC based on his research."

As they say in the bible don't Judge less thee be judged.

His comments are public and will be judged on 01/13/2011.
