Go Packers!

Maybe I am asking too much for a kid from Wisconsin to formulate a proper question.

RMBSrider, sunlight causes skin cancer without proper protection:

First, I have been a fan of NukeJohn since he started posting. But since you are so desperate for my help, I'll offer the following as one of NukeJohn's posts that is open for review:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=58133539

NukeJohn stated that his "...odds are 95% that IDCC will win if Nokia goes through with oral arguments."

That's all good and well, NukeJohn stated that these are his odds. But in continuing, NukeJohn sets himself up as an authority:

"FWIW, I daresay there are not many individual investors that have spent more time at the CAFC than I have over the past 10 years. When I am unsure about a case (as I was with the recent TSRA decision that took over 6 months....I don't make any posts about the outcome)."

When a poster goes out of his/her way to establish their credentials as an authority, I along with many other investors will raise the flag of skepticism and ask for more details. Too many longs have been burned by Interdigital's guranteed wins and the promises of all of the "experts" on this board (in which I counted myself at one time but no longer).

I remain long the stock because I am very confident that Interdigital will continue to have great success and ultimately prevail against Nokia.

I added numerous shares of IDCC to my long position because Interdigital has matured as a company quite significantly over this past 1 1/2 years and Nokia is not as important to their future as they were to their past.

However, I will continue to question all "sure things" when they are presented on this board just as I am questioned when I post my sure things and certainties.

I hope that someday you will learn to use consideration as opposed to criticism when you engage in conversation. You will find that quality responses will come much more quickly.

I wish all longs great success in the coming months.

IMO
