It's not rocket science. Just pay very close attention to how the judge handles the Markman ruling and probably 85-90% of the time the final verdict will go down in favor of the party the judge sided with on the Markman. Where it gets dicey is when an ALJ or a DCT judge tries to "split the baby" with the Markman.
