I was investing in more "stable" stocks just recently went to "unstable" a couple years ago. I had a good "10 bagger" and I wanted to try my luck/skills on getting another "10 bagger" or better in the "high risk" stocks. I have had a few companies go under on me and have a few that are just sitting there not doing much, the worst one is HPON (that board is just a PITA...everyone bashing one another... its pathetic.
I have had one company change the ticker symbol but the company name did not change, and they put out a PR before anyone could even speculate about it, and it was a simple automatic ticker symbol change on my Trading account.
